The property is located on the southern end of Carolina Beach away from all of the hustle and bustle of the north end traffic (two streets away from Kure beach). Appreciate ocean vistas from nearly every room in the home. Property has its own private deck with private entrance/exit to lower garden/dog run. Savor the pretty wood deck that overlooks the ocean. Brand new bar height table and chairs on deck to appreciate the handsome vistas. Storage shed with beach essentials and charcoal grille can be found downstairs. Surfboard lock box on deck. Two covered parking spaces are under the condo (with additional paid parking in the same lot). Inside you will find flat screen TV's with app access. No need to pack bottled water as the condo provides a water dispenser. Keurig coffee pot is supplied (uses pods for single cup or grounds to make a whole pot).
