Step into history at The Bonneville, located inside the landmark Pontiac Building on 2nd Street. Originally constructed as a 1940s–50s Pontiac automobile showroom and dealership (once known as Harris Pontiac), this art deco gem has been reimagined into modern residences.
Appreciate the convenience of a shared game room for calming nights in and on-site laundry for longer stays. Finest of all, you can park your Firebird in the secure garage and never fire it up again—everything downtown Wilmington has to offer is just a short walk away, from the Riverwalk and riverfront dining to local stores, breweries, and live music.
At The Bonneville, classic car heritage meets modern comfort in the heart of the Port City.
About the Area
