The open concept floorplan provides plenty of natural light and an abundance of vistas of the blue ocean waters from the living area, dining space, and the kitchen. The master suite includes a king size bed, attached full bathroom, and private balcony with water vistas. The queen bedroom features water vistas, and the bunk bedroom offers a twin over twin bunk bed, plus an additional twin bed with intelligent tv and more water vistas!

Offering ocean vistas, an oceanfront saltwater swimming pool, poolside cabana with wet bar, tennis court, grilling area, and a secure building lobby with elevator service to each floor, The Islander is the Wrightsville Beach resort experience you’ve been searching for! Appreciate the gated beach path providing direct and painless access to our elegant white sand beach and the crystal-clear blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)

Parking instructions:
2 parking passes included. 1 assigned spot and 1 overflow spot. No additional parking passes can be supplied due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking.

**Renovations for the deck railings are underway until Memorial Day. Construction noise will be taking place Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Please note NO REFUNDS will be issued. We apologize for any inconvenience and noise this may cause during your stay and appreciate your understanding.**

Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

• Double-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.

If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
