This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, making it ideal for families, couples, or friends.

Inside, you’ll find:
• A completely equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker, Keurig, dishwasher, and blender.
• A comfortable living area with TV, streaming services, and playing cards.
• Cozy bedrooms with one king, one queen, and one queen with a trundle XL twin bed. Linens are supplied.
• Clean, refreshed bathrooms with fresh towels and toiletries supplied.

• Laundry – in-unit washer/dryer.
• Outdoor space – private balcony with seating area.
• Parking details – 3 to 4 cars can fit in the unit #1 parking area under the home.

This is a self-check-in property, and we like to give our guests privacy during their stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re always just a message away if you need anything—whether it’s help with the home or local tips. We respond quickly through the Vacation Rental By Owner app.

There is a separate condo (Unit #2) located above ours. While most areas are private, a few elements—like the shared stairwell—are used by both units. To access Unit #1, you’ll go up the stairs and pass by Unit #2.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No smoking on the deck. $500 minimum smoking fee.

Security: we have one exterior security camera located on the doorbell on the front door.

No family pets allowed.
