This vacation rental welcomes up to one dog per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly units.

Two Intelligent TV's (one-42", one- 32" with DVD and two 32" Intelligent TVs in guest bedrooms), one VCR, DVD players, and wireless Internet access. Videos, DVDs, CD's, games, puzzles, books, highchair, pack-n-play, and downstairs storage area available. Well-outfitted kitchen. Porch has marsh and ocean vistas with deck high table that seats four, pool view one table seats four, two rockers. Convenient location to groceries, eateries, and stores.

Seasonal Pool:
The Palms pool area also contains one non-heated soaking tub and one heated soaking tub. Neither tub has jets. The pool area is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

When to book & When to go:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Oak Island. To find the largest rental within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Wrightsville Beach attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
