There is even an outdoor covered seating area with a sizable flat screen TV located under the home that comfortably seats up to 6 people to watch their favorite TV shows and enjoy their go-to drink. You can effortlessly jump in between the sitting area and pool depending on if you want to swim or lounge. With these 2 common spaces / living areas, there is plenty of space for everybody. The 3 bedrooms are conveniently located directly off the main room and kitchen. The beach access is a fast 5 min. drive away. Please read:
*On January 10th, 2023 the Oak Island Town Council voted to approve paid parking on the island. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost will be $5 per hour, $20 per day and $80 per week. There will be a limited (1000) number of annual passes available for purchase for $175. Violations wil be issued if these new rules are not followed.*
**Limit of 2 dogs - The 2 dogs must not exceed a combined weight of 40lbs.**A non-returnable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. If you break home rules and bring more than 2 dogs, a $500 pet fee will be charged. No cats.
**Linens & bath towels are supplied for complimentary in the reservation**
**Must be 21 years or older to operate the golf cart. Prior to receiving the keys, 2 people must provide their license and signature after reading the rules & laws for OKI. We will also do a walkthrough of the golf cart to ensure you understand how to properly operate the car. This is required to get the keys.**
**Security Camera Disclosure: This home is equipped with (3) EXTERNAL ONLY Security Cameras. They may be used in the event of an accident or emergency. Camera Locations: Front porch facing the stairs, parking garage facing the street, and the back of home facing the yard.**
**No diving or running around the pool. Anyone under 16 must have constant adult supervision when in or around the pool area. Dogs are NOT allowed in the pool water**
