Appreciate a opulent experience in a brand new modern home (constructed 2024) that is walking distance from the waterfront, the Wilmington Riverwalk, Riverside Park, and Live Oak Pavilion.
Outside, you can savor a front porch swing, an upper balcony with seating and ceiling fans off of the primary suite and a private fenced backyard with Adirondack chairs to appreciate.
Indoors, enjoy an open floor plan on the first floor that includes a newly furnished living area along with a completely equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar with stools. There is a desk with lighting and electrical outlets for your phone and laptop. You'll also enjoy a enormous pantry/closet in the dining room that is light and bright with seating for six.
