This unit is in the last condo building on Carolina Beach Avenue North. It has a unique view of the pier and a nice roomy living room area. It is on the first level. It has a sizable deck in front with a table, chairs and porch swing. Another deck is on the back off the master bedroom. Bright and fun. Complex has a pool and an Oceanfront Gazebo. Totally supplied kitchen. Master has a full bed while guest bedroom has a full bed with a twin bunk above. Queen sleeper couch. Washer and Dryer in condo.
Towels, linens, TP, dish and laundry soap and more are included -Just show up!!

When to go & When to book:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
