Beautiful executive style home with private heated pool and spa. Welcome to 13 Palms, a 5 bedroom, home that sleeps 10. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The main level features an open floor plan with the living, dining, kitchen area plus a sunroom laundry room, and half bath. The living room features a 65" Intelligent TV, electric fireplace, and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen has a huge island with granite countertop, a wine refrigerator, and plenty of counter space. The primary bedroom is also downstairs and included a king bed, sizable walk in closet and opulent on-suite bathroom. The sunroom overlooks the pool area and is ideal for your morning coffee.

The upstairs features a second living room with wet bar, enormous sectional, and Intelligent TV. There are three more bedrooms, each with a king bed, Intelligent TV, and their own private on-suite bathrooms. There is also a room with a bunk bed for the kids.

The outside is surely special with a private fenced in backyard, covered patio area, heated pool, heated hot tub, fire pit, deck chairs, gas grille, and outdoor shower. We also have a whole home generator. We include beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cart, pack-n-play, and a highchair.

You can drive, walk, or rent a golf cart to get to the beach, six blocks away. If you've never been to Carolina Beach before you're in for a treat. We're a marvelous family friendly beach town with pizza stores, ice cream stores, seafood eateries, and two grocery stores. You'll never have to (or want to) leave the island!

When to visit Carolina Beach & When to reserve a Carolina Beach rental home:

  • Reserve your vacation in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • In the Wrightsville Beach area, The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Booking websites usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses.   • Lock your rental property while you're away! Don't let crooks ruin your trip.
  • When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Hosts rely on great ratings to compel new reservations. They'll be thankful for your review.
