**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had numerous problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Kids and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals.
We also do not allow family pets or smoking.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Downtown, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Carolina Beach Arcade.
