Oceanview / Private Pool / Elevator

This is a handsome, high end five bedroom Townhome with a private pool, an elevator, humongous rooftop deck, and ocean vistas! We are a short five min. walk to the beach and public beach access and we provide a beach cart. Every bedroom has it's own private bathroom. We also have enormous balconies off the living room as well as the primary bedrooms. We have parking for four cars.

Everything is brand new. Open kitchen/dining/living room with a gas log fireplace. All tv's are Roku Intelligent tv's. Keurig and drip coffeemakers.

Appreciate all that Carolina Beach has to offer - outdoor music, summer fireworks, the famed boardwalk, eateries, great seafood, bars, ice cream stores, coffee stores, pizza, a summer carnival, and of course Britt's Donuts. Also, on our island is the Kure Beach pier, NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher historic Civil War museum, and if you have a 4-wheel drive car you can drive out onto the beach at Freeman Park!

April 2025: The private pool is currently under construction and will be 9'w x 28'L x 3.5' - 5' deep. It is expected to be complete by the first week in July. Photos are renderings.

Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Carolina Beach Arcade and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with jet skiing and windsurfing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with hiking/biking trails and cycling.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Carolina Beach. To find the best rental home within budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.

• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
