Welcome to Sol de Mar (Sea Sun) Beach - an impressive new modern oceanfront property on Fort Fisher Blvd. North in Kure Beach. Leave your shoes at the door and sink in to this wonderfully new and well-appointed slice of heaven. Stroll out to the beach, read a book on the porch, or appreciate the multitude of activities our beach and town have to offer.

This new home has an open and modern design inside and out. Appreciate the sweeping and commanding vistas up and down the coastline from the porch, the main living area, and the primary bedroom. The private walkway provides direct access to a uniquely private section of Kure Beach, far from busy parking tons and public beach access points.

Unit A is the top floor of the duplex. It is the owners' residence for part of the year. It features curved vaulted beams in the main living area and a wall of east-facing glass. There is a huge wraparound deck accessible from the living/dining area as well as the primary bedroom. The decks overlook the ocean and a sizable patio area. The kitchen features a enormous island with seating for six, Viking professional stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, two ovens, and a scullery. The private elevator takes you from the ground floor up to the top floor. The deck off of the living room is 12 feet wide and 40 feet long.

Sol de Mar can effortlessly adapt to your group. Unit A is the top floor of a two floor duplex. Rent the one unit (upper unit A) or both units as a "whole" that sleeps 29. Please note that because this property is a duplex, some parts of the ground level area will be shared by both floors of the property.
