Additional Notes:
1). Pool access available! (Pool Dates: Open from April 15th through Labor Day)
2). The condo is on the 3rd floor. The view is handsome but does come with stairs to climb as there is no elevator on the property.
3). Peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day) only accepts for one parking space on the property. There is additional paid-parking available close by. Two cars are allowed on the property during the off season.

Located in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Carolina Beach Arcade. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.
