For your next vacation in Carolina Beach, try "Pass", this four-bedroom, three-bath townhome with partial ocean vistas. This pretty townhome is only one block away from public beach access.

The ground level has a carport that will accommodate up to three cars and complete with an outside shower. The main level features one bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom. It has a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a living room that leads out to a covered deck with ocean vistas. The second level has the primary suite that also has a private deck with ocean vistas, a Queen bed, huge walk-in closet, and private bath. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor that share a bathroom, one bedroom with a Queen and one with two Twin beds. The Living Room TV is hooked to Roku, the downstairs bedroom has a TV with a DVD player only, no cable or streaming., The upstairs primary bedroom has a TV with an antenna for local stations, and one other bedroom has a intelligent TV for streaming. You won't want to "Pass" this well-appointed property up! **As of March 2022, the property has been upfitted with new LVP floor throughout! Updated photos to come.**

Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of family pets are selected. Nonrefundable costs are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on Vacation Rental By Owner and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty costs which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
