** The Pelican Watch building is undergoing a building-wide construction project that will likely last throughout the summer of 2026. The HOA has given the following statement, but please contact our office with questions.

"Pelican Watch is undergoing broad remodel this year, and construction crews are on site Mon-Fri, 7:30AM-5PM. During these times, noise, debris, dirt, and dust will likely be experienced. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool will be closed due to safety concerns, and direct access to the beach may be limited at times. The indoor pool will remain open, and the beach can still be accessed via the town parking lot next to the building." **
