This one bedroom bungalow has a sizable private bedroom with a king bed and a seating area as well as a private exit to the patio. Captains bunk beds in the hallway sleep two (best for kids to teens).
This is a private single story stand alone bungalow. So, no upstairs or downstairs neighbors or shared walls with other units!
This is our home away from home and is set up for tranquility, comfort and enjoyment. There is a full kitchen that is supplied with all the supplies you need for marvelous meals or a fast bite. Including a full size refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. The bath includes a deep soaking tub and shower. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. Reservations to not include linens. They can be rented; contact host for more information.
It is just a block and a half from the beach and the boardwalk so you are right in the middle of the action but as soon as you get back 'home' you will experience the peace and peaceful of a private residence. The bungalow is surrounded by a variety of enchanting outdoor space with plenty of sun or shade areas to relax. The front of the exterior has a modest garden space and a enormous patio with seating. The side courtyard has an area for family pets and the back has a huge gorgeous in-ground pool with palms and flowers. Animals are not allowed in the pool area. The pool is only shared with two other units. One unit is a two bedroom vacation rental and the other unit is a long term rental occupied by the property's caretakers.
About the Area
Located in Downtown, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach, this cottage is near theme parks and on a river. Carolina Beach Arcade and Good Hops Brewing are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Carolina Beach and Carolina Beach State Park. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.
