  • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Booking your vacation home in the Fall or Spring is a great way to save on your rental home.   • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
