The beach is a three-min. walk. The boardwalk is around the corner. And inside, the electric fireplace, Intelligent Roku TVs, and well-equipped kitchen make the bungalow as comfortable on a rainy evening as it is on a ideal beach day.

The legendary Sea-Witch live music ???? venue is just around the corner — and on weekend nights, you'll know it. Music carries until midnight, and from the front porch it's actually a pretty good complimentary show. If you're a light sleeper or an early-to-bed traveller, grab some earplugs and lean into the coastal soundtrack. If you're the kind of guest who considers live music a additional — you're going to appreciate this porch.

Pet Policy:
We appreciate dogs here — up to two entirely housebroken dogs are welcome with prior approval. Please message us before booking so we can confirm the bungalow is the right fit. A $150 non-returnable pet fee applies and is spread evenly across your nightly rate at checkout. Please clean up after your dogs promptly — the outdoor space should be left as you found it. Dogs must stay off furnishings and linens. No other animals please.

Arrival & departure:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM via keyless PIN — your code arrives before you do. Checkout is by 10:00 AM sharp. Due to our cleaning team's schedule, early check-ins and late checkouts aren't available at this property. Please don't park on the premises before check-in or after checkout. Unapproved late departures may incur a $200 fee.

Care of the bungalow:
Our team takes great pride in this little gem. Please skip the bleach on anything during your stay — our cleaners handle that between guests. For the stainless steel appliances, stainless-only cleaners please — anything else causes rust and nobody wants that. No incense or essential oil diffusers — scents linger and some guests have sensitivities.

Smoke-complimentary property:
The Little Blue Cottage is 100% smoke-complimentary indoors. Smoking inside will result in a $200 deodorization fee.

Neighbors & noise:
This is a real neighborhood and we adore it that way. Please keep noise considerate and low — and stay on the paths, not through the neighbors' yards.

Visitors:
Any additional visitors beyond the booked event must be approved by the host in advance.

Rental agreement:
A short rental agreement is required before check-in. Straightforward, fast, and in place to protect everybody.
