Summary:
At The Oasis Oceanfront you can be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the waves & wake to the spectacular sunrise over the Atlantic on your private 2nd floor balcony and you're only steps away from a fun filled day of toes in the sand! This adorable and newly remodeled 2 bed/ 2 bath condo is centrally located to all things that Pleasure Island has to offer: fishing, boating, cycling, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. There are many gorgeous eateries, eclectic drinking holes and coffee stores too!

The Space:
The pool is located just beside the condo. The HOA opens the pool mid April and closes typically the second week in September, depending on weather.
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

Other Things to Note:
There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

About the Area

Located on the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Ocean Front Park and Federal Point History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

Finding the best value:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Booking your Wrightsville Beach vacation home in the Fall or Spring is an excellent way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers frequently offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection.
