The Space:

3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms — all living areas are on one level (accessible via one flight of stairs).

Open Concept Living — airy layout with a cozy living room, dining area, and entirely equipped kitchen.

Screened-In Patio — savor your morning coffee or evening wine without the bugs.

Backyard Fun — green space with a fire pit, corn hole, and room for outdoor games.

Off-Street Parking — no circling the block after a day at the beach.



Wicked Waves is designed for simple living — beach gear at the ready, dinner on the grille, and room for everybody to relax after a day in the sun.



Guest Access:

Unit is located on the back side, furtherest from the street. Private entrance. Off-street parking.

Beach Access: Just 4 blocks (a 5–10 min. walk) to the ocean!

Carolina Beach State Park: 1 mile away — discover hiking trails, kayaking, and local wildlife.

Carolina Beach Boardwalk: 1.2 miles — classic oceanside fun with arcades, rides, and eateries.

Everything you need is within mins. — but tucked just far enough away for tranquility and peaceful at nighttime.



Getting Around:

You won’t need to overthink transportation here — park your car in the private off-street spot and choose your adventure. The beach is a fast walk, and local hotspots are all within a short drive, bicycle ride, or rideshare. It’s an easygoing, island-style “everything’s close enough” kind of place.



Other Things to Note:

Living area is on the second floor (must climb one set of stairs).

Fire pit and outdoor games available for guest use.

Please respect peaceful hours to keep the neighborhood peaceful.
