Welcome to our oceanfront condo in Carolina Beach. This condo has a keyless entry for your convenience. We include for you complimentary linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, body boards, beach toys, a beach cart, paper towels and toilet paper storage bags, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, aluminum foil, spices, and oils. Additionally, shampoo and conditioner. This oceanfront condominium has many upgrades and new furnishings, including secure sliding glass doors. One bedroom, one bath, a cavernous oceanfront deck, a teak wood dining table, and chairs to watch the dolphins and surfers. Please be aware that we have lost the sand directly in front of the condo due to beach erosion. The town has temporarily closed the access at Sea Oats Lane. You will now have to use the next access south of the condo, which is a few condos down. If you carry a lot of stuff, you can use the beach carts we provide you in the garage. Late afternoon, savor the pool and watch the sunset. Wi-Fi is included. And when we say ALL-INCLUSIVE, we mean it. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pool pump is running and typically the pump does not run at nighttime due to time schedule.*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31*. If you want us to attempt to heat the pool during this time we can for a cost of $75 per day for your entire stay, but once again, we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures.The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:If your check in date is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole home linen and towel rental fee.
