Whether you're looking to relax by the beach or appreciate the vibrant local attractions, this home offers the ideal base for your calming beach hideaway.
The space
Clean, roomy home on left side of property with all the amenities you need. Four floors and over 2500 square feet with elevator access to each floor.

Top level– 4th floor:

This handsomely designed open-concept living and dining area combines warmth, comfort, and coastal appeal. Unwind in the comfortable seating space featuring plush couches, a intelligent TV, and a fireplace — ideal for relaxing after a long day with drinks and a movie!

Substantial windows and glass doors fill the space with generous natural light, seamlessly connecting the interior to a generous balcony that offers relaxing, expansive vistas and is equipped with a BBQ grille—ideal for outdoor entertaining.

Savor family meals at the farmhouse-style dining table or grab a drink at the constructed-in bar area with cabinetry and wine storage.

The open layout connects seamlessly with the kitchen, making entertaining simple and enchanting. Our kitchen is completely outfitted with everything you need to whip up a fast breakfast or a gourmet dinner. You'll find stainless steel appliances, plenty of cookware, sharp knives, cutting boards, and silverware galore. We’ve also supplied basics like oil, spices, coffee, tea, and filters to get you started.

Top floor also features a bedroom with a queen sized bed, full bath, and painless access to the elevator, making it a ideal room for older generation guests.


3rd floor-

Primary Suite: This serene getaway features a king-sized bed, intelligent TV, private balcony, en suite bathroom with dual vanities, hottub, and a walk-in shower—ideal for relaxing in tranquility.

Queen Bedroom Suite: Queen bedroom with en suite bathroom, private balcony, and intelligent TV, offering a cozy getaway for couples or parents.


2nd floor-

Bunk Room: Two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a intelligent TV—great for kids or groups.

2nd Primary Suite: Queen bedroom with enormous en suite bathroom featuring a tiled shower, dual vanities, and a spacious walk-in closet. Private balcony and intelligent TV included for ultimate relaxation.

In-unit washer and dryer make it easy to pack light and stay fresh throughout your trip—especially convenient for longer stays or sandy beach days. Laundry detergent will be supplied in your welcome basket upon arrival.


General Conveniences Supplied:

-Luxury linens and bath towels for each room (beach towels not supplied)
-High-speed Wi-Fi
-We also provide sufficient hand / dish soap, shampoo / conditioner / body wash, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags to get you started for your stay.
-General beach essentials including 6 beach chairs, outdoor games (Bocce ball, Kan Jam, Corn Hole, and Ladder Ball), and a utility wagon to haul all your gear.


House Rules:
-No smoking. ($250 fee for deodorization treatment if rules aren’t followed)
-min. 2 dogs (NO cats, sorry) allowed with $50 pet fee and upfront approval. ($300 fine for unapproved dogs on premises). Please ensure your dogs are crated if left unattended at our home.
-Check-in is after 4 pm. However, we are flexible and may be able to offer earlier check in. Feel complimentary to reach out!
-Please be respectful to our neighbors and adhere to the peaceful hours policy. Parking is only allowed on left side of property.
Guest access
Guests will have access to entire left side of property (Unit 1). Free parking for up to 6 cars, and keyless entry for a seamless check-in. Elevator access on ground level makes unpacking a breeze!
