The kitchen has been refreshed with freshly painted cabinets and a modern subway tile backsplash. It has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a double oven, induction cooktop, and even two sinks! The vast center island has the option to have the additional sink or cover it for added counter space and offers bar seating for up to 2.

The impressive coastal decor extends into the first primary suite, located on this lower level! It features a cozy queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity. There are two additional bedrooms on this level, one with a queen-size bed and the second with a bunk bed (one double and one twin-size bed). These bedrooms are connected by a roomy Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower and extended vanity for plenty of counter space!

Heading upstairs, you'll find a MASSIVE second living room that's great for hanging out, playing games, and watching movies together! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more; the choice is yours. This home welcomes up to two dogs. All pet-friendly homes include a $175 fee that covers bringing up to one dog. An additional $50 fee applies if you are bringing a second dog. Please note that dogs are the only family pets allowed.

Please Note: Linens are supplied with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
