The kitchen features luxury vinyl plank floor, stainless steel appliances, and a enormous raised bar top for additional seating, but there is not a dishwasher in the unit. There is also a Keurig so don't forget your K-cups.

Sip on your morning coffee soaking up the alluring coastal sun and the feel of the ocean breeze as you hear the waves crashing on the shore from the comfort of your porch while breathing in the salt air. After a long day at the beach you can relax by the community pool. The master bedroom highlights a queen bed, private bathroom and huge closet space. The full couch bed is located in the living room. Seascape is a second row condominium community with a pool located on the north end of Carolina Beach, near Freeman Park, a 4-wheel drive only section of the beach. There is public beach access next to the Seascape complex.

While visiting in Carolina Beach, be sure to check out the Boardwalk area, where you will find stores, eateries and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Watch the fishermen come in with the catch of the day at the marina or dine out with the family. Or travel a few miles south to the Ft. Fisher Historic Museum, the Civil War battleground and the NC Aquarium.
*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
