The stand alone home features ample parking spaces, a sizable garage, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a roomy and comfortable living area and a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare in comfort. The 2nd floor porch is screened in, and the third floor crows nest is a great place to appreciate the beach air. The surrounding area is very peaceful and full of new and old homes with walkable streets and a long greenway close by that's ideal for bicycles and scooters too!

Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach, is home to this vacation home. Ocean Front Park and Federal Point History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Good Hops Brewing. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.
