Beach Life is better at The Sunrise Club. This impressive BRAND-NEW beach home is the ideal spot for your next family vacation! Steps from the beach and centrally located in your new favorite beach town, Carolina Beach. Once you arrive, you will see there is plenty of parking for multiple cars. As you enter the front door, you will be greeted with an open floor plan with the living room, dining and kitchen flanked with 2 cozy porches so you can savor the salt air.



The Space:

Main living area has a Intelligent Streaming Tv, plenty of comfortable seating and a ½ bath. The kitchen is completely equipped with top-of-the-line appliances plus you will have everything you need with dishes, pots/pans, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and drip pot, etc. Savor meals together with seating for six at the dining table and additional seats at the kitchen island.  

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry. The primary suite with its sizable closet and king size bed features an ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, plenty of storage and bespoke shower. The second bedroom has a queen/twin bunk and shares a enormous double sink bathroom with the third bedroom. Bedroom 3 has a king bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.



Other Things to Note:

We also supply the following for each property:

A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay



There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
