• Smoking: This is a smoke-complimentary home. To keep the space fresh for all guests, smoking is not allowed inside. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply.
• Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late check-outs may result in a $250 fee, as this impacts our cleaning schedule for incoming guests.
• Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours, to help us maintain a calming environment for our neighbors.
• Cleaning Products: To help prevent accidental staining or damage, please avoid using bleach during your stay. Our professional cleaning team handles this between guests to maintain our cleanliness standards.
• Scents & Candles: For the comfort of all guests, including those with sensitivities, please do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items inside the home.
• Gatherings: This home is intended for relaxing getaways only. Parties or events are not allowed.
• Occupancy: Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight in the home.
