Welcome to Sandpiper Crossing, a impressive oceanfront 3 bed, 2 bath home with great ocean vistas! Take in the calming vistas with sliders from both your living room and primary bedroom opening up to your full length oceanfront deck.

When you first walk in you'll notice the open floor plan kitchen, living room, dining area with freshly refinished wood floors and its alluring constructed ins with sizable flat screen TV. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of dishes and cabinets, and a center island. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry closet. The dining area seats six, as well as two bar stools at the kitchen island. The living room has a Intelligent TV, plenty of comfortable seating, and sliders out onto the deck.

The primary bedroom has a queen size bed, sliders with an ocean view, and an on suite bathroom with huge walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have Intelligent TV's.

The enormous oceanfront deck has plenty of patio furnishings and a private walkway onto the beach. We have a private outdoor shower to rinse off and locked carport storage for your beach gear.

We have covered parking under the building for up to three cars.
This is the lower level of a duplex and is a short 10-min. walk along the beach to the trendy Carolina Beach boardwalk area. Savor Britt's donuts, the carnival rides, the great eateries, live bands, fireworks, and then walk back home.
